Shipping Information

We ship 2-3 times per week unless otherwise mentioned.  Quoted delivery standards from our courier partners may be delayed 1-2 business days, though if you select an express shipping option we'll most often pick and pack your order right away.

We can ship with USPS, UPS (on special request), or FedEx.  Select the best option for you at checkout.

The tracking number will be added to your order and emailed to you.  Most items ship in one package, but large orders or orders with items that ship from different locations may come in more than one box.

If you select FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground, we may upgrade it to FedEx Express Saver at our option.

If you select USPS Ground Advantage, we may upgrade it to Priority Mail at our option.

 

Free Shipping

Domestic US: Usually USPS Priority Mail or First Class Package.  Large orders will usually ship via UPS.

International: Usually ePostGlobal, which posts your package through their network for delivery by your country's post.  Click here for more information.

 

Shoes

Some of our shoes are shipped direct from the manufacturer; New Rocks are usually shipped direct to you from Spain via DHL unless we have your size and style in stock in our warehouse.  This can take a substantial amount of time, but we will give you the tracking number as soon as they give it to us.  Demonia shoes usually ship direct from the manufacturer in the United States.

 

International

We're happy to ship anywhere in the world you can recieve mail or courier shipments from the US!  If the shipping options you see at checkout don't meet your needs, you're welcome to make alternate arrangements; just email order@cryoflesh.com with your request.  International shipping can take significantly longer than domestic USA shipping, especially if your item is held by customs.

Our free international shipping is comparable to postal parcel shipping (more information).  If you would like to use a different service, we will offer a discount on orders that would be eligible for free shipping.

If you'd like us to send your package via UPS, select first-class international shipping and write "via UPS" in your order notes.  The price is comparable but we have had difficulty reliably quoting UPS rates on our checkout page.  We will use UPS's cheapest international package service (but we will not use UPS Standard, where it is offered, because it is intended for documents and incurs high customs fees).

Keep in mind that regardless of shipping method, as with any international purchase, your country may assess duties and taxes (e.g. VAT or HST).  Our shipping terms are DAP (delivered at place), subject to the terms of the courier or destination post.

 

Non-Delivery

If you didn't get your stuff, please email us at order@cryoflesh.com and we'll do our best to make it better.  If your package is misdelivered, damaged, or lost, we will work with the courier to recover it and make the necessary claims.

If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will redeliver once, at our expense, after you confirm the particulars, using the same shipping service we would use for free shipping.  Otherwise, we will refund your order as though you returned the merchandise.

We will not issue refunds for merchandise that the courier marks successfully delivered to the address you entered in the checkout process, except as provided in our return policy.

 

Refused Packages

Please don't refuse your new stuff!  Most international shipments will be dutied by the country of destination and this amount will be C.O.D.  It may also appear as a customs charge or a domestic C.O.D., and may have a tracking number different than the one we initially gave you.  The final tracking number will be linked to the initial tracking number on the tracking page, if you want to check that you're paying for the right thing.  Depending on local practice, it may be collected at the point of delivery or in advance.

If you refuse your package, it will be returned to us via the courier's slowest, most unpredictable, usually untracked service; sometimes this takes a few weeks, sometimes a few months.  When we receive your refused package at our warehouse, we will refund the price you paid less shipping costs.  If you selected free shipping, we will withhold our actual cost of shipping incurred; for a pair of pants this is usually around USD $20-45, and for a shirt, around USD $8-25.
