Free International Shipping
If you're outside the US, and you order from us with free international shipping, we'll most likely send your order via our shipping partner ePostGlobal.
ePostGlobal is just like the mail. We'll send it to their international shipping centre in the US, they'll send it closer to you on their own, and finally they'll drop it off with your local post for final delivery. In Europe it may be a nearby country's post; in the UK, it may be Parcelforce; in Canada, it will almost certainly be Canada Post.
We'll give you a tracking link when we send your order. Nearly all orders are trackable, but if the "delivery tracking number" shown on our partner's tracking page starts with U, tracking will not be available once your item leaves the US.
For European Union customers, we do not yet participate in IOSS; you are likely to be charged VAT by your local post as with any international package because we don't charge it to you at checkout. Similarly, the UK will likely charge tax on your package.
Unless you purchase shipping insurance, we will be unable to refund or replace your order if it is lost in the mail. If you do not pick it up or it is undeliverable and it is returned to us, we will send it back to you once at our expense when we receive it back.
